Değişim Group, started its activities in İstanbul in the year of 2000 as Atılım A.Ş, as Değişim Necessity A.Ş in Ankara in the year of 2001 and as Samdağ A.Ş in Samsun in the year of 2002. It is a group corporation constituted by merging these three companies in the name of Değişim İhtiyaç Maddeleri Gıda Temizlik ve Kozmetik İnşaat San. Tic. A.Ş. in 31.12.2003 at the address of Cumhuriyet Mah. Lütfü Aykaç Cad. No: 3 G.O. PAŞA / İSTANBUL / TURKEY

After merging, It is named DEĞİŞİM TÜKETİM VE TARIM ÜRÜNLERİ DAĞ. A.Ş. By changing its name in 12.01.2004. Trade activities in sales and distributions continue at the address of Güneşli Evren Mah. Gülbahar Cad. Beyhatun İş Merkezi No: 61 K: 3 Bağcılar / İSTANBUL / TURKEY by address transferring in 01.06.2004.
